About Me

Hi! I'm Sofi Di Pinto and I grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Baking has always been my passion and I have baked for family and friends for as long as I can remember. I would use every birthday and occasion to bake cakes and sweets. I graduated from IAG as a pastry chef, and I had my own business in Argentina.

After moving to the US, I started making medialunas, a classic Argentinian pastry, to enjoy them with my family and friends and to feel closer to my home country. Now, I decided to start my own business so I can share them with all of you!

As a business owner, I am always looking to expand my network and establish new relationships! Let's connect.

Nel blu, Di Pinto Di Blu

Our name, Di Blu, was inspired not only by our founder's last name, but also by the classic Italian song 'Volare.' The song's opening line, 'nel blu, dipinto di blu' (translated to 'in the blue, painted blue'), perfectly captures the joy and passion we put into every baked good we create. We are proud to be a family-owned business and honor our heritage with every delicious bite
