Full refunds will be provided for orders canceled with a minimum of 48 hours of advanced notice. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

Deliveries can be tracked in real time via the tracking number sent to the phone number provided at checkout.

Please make sure to provide an exact and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Once the order has been delivered, you will have 2 hours to report any issues with your delivery. After that time frame, we may not be able to accommodate claims.
